As CEO, Dr. Markus Nolte is responsible for the company’s strategic development. With a PhD in engineering and a degree in business administration, Markus has over 25 years of management experience in the aerospace, automotive and metal processing industries with a focus on production, sales and marketing, R&D and restructuring. During numerous international stays abroad, Dr. Markus Nolte gained experience in the global manufacturing and customer environment. In his last position before joining Montana Aerospace, Dr. Nolte was responsible for sales, marketing and R&D in one of the world’s 50 largest automotive suppliers.
Since 2019, Dr. Markus Nolte has managed the targeted further development of the Montana Aerospace Group with a strong focus on sustainable and profitable growth. His many years of work in the automotive supplier business has allowed Dr. Nolte to further increase efficiency and cost awareness. His experience in international customer business, combined with extensive material and process expertise, ensure Montana Aerospace sustainable growth and strategic development geared towards future customer needs.
