P. Maurer

Since the beginning of 2026, Patrick Maurer has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Montana Aerospace AG, where he is primarily responsible for the finance function. Following a defined transition period, additional group-wide responsibilities are to be transferred to him. Prior to this role, he served as Group CFO of Asco Industries from 2023, overseeing the finances of the international aerospace group, which has been part of Montana Aerospace AG since 2022. 

As an experienced finance professional with more than 15 years of international experience, Patrick Maurer brings extensive expertise in financial management, restructuring, and strategic transformation. In his role as Group CFO of Asco Industries from 2023 to 2025, he guided the financial management and further development of the internationally active aerospace suppliers. Before that, from 2022 to 2023, he worked as Finance Director at Montana Aerospace, where he made a significant contribution to the optimization and professionalization of central financial processes. 

During his professional career, Patrick Maurer began at AT Kearney in management consulting and subsequently held senior positions at Mondi. In addition, he gained private equity experience as an investment professional at AUCTUS Capital Partners. 

His solid academic background includes a master’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. 

With his extensive financial and leadership expertise, Patrick Maurer makes a significant contribution to the successful continued development of Montana Aerospace AG and its international business activities.
