Vicky Welvaert

Vicky Welvaert has been a member of Group management since June 1st, 2023. She is an experienced manager who is responsible for Group Human Resources Officer (HRO) of Montana Aerospace AG in addition to the areas of human resources, corporate marketing of the industrial group and ESG.
In her last position, Welvaert was Chief Human Resources Officer at ASCO Industries, which is part of Montana Aerospace Group, with global responsibility for human resources and was a member of the ASCO executive team. In this role, she was in charge of strategic and operational HR management, including HSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). From 1996 to 2010, Welvaert worked for the global U.S. automotive group General Motors in Belgium in mainly operational functions in Procurement and Operations.
As an experienced manager, she looks back on a career covering almost 30 years and complements the executive management of Montana Aerospace. With her extensive operational and strategic wealth of experience, she complements the executive management of Montana Aerospace and will provide Montana Aerospace with the right HR Measures to successfully position itself internationally as an attractive employer and to further develop the corporate sustainability (ESG) strategy.
