H. Roth

Herbert Roth is responsible for the Strategic Projects department at Montana Aerospace AG. He is an internationally experienced manager with excellent M&A, restructuring and change management know-how. Herbert Roth has been Managing Director of the Montana Tech Components Group since 2014 (parent company of Montana Aerospace AG) and has been jointly responsible for the operational structure and strategic direction of Montana Aerospace AG since the beginning and has successfully implemented strategic growth projects and M&A transactions for the Group.

In his 32-year career, the graduate in business administration can look back on many years of experience in corporate and organizational development in the APAC region. As Managing Director for the seele Group, he set up locations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, and Bangkok and had overall responsibility for order acquisition, sales, order processing and commercial management in the Middle East and Far East markets. At Montana Aerospace AG, he drives strategic projects in the company group’s multinational environment and also brings his many years of expertise into the area of investment management. Before joining Montana Aerospace AG, Herbert Roth held management and executive positions at various investment companies from 2000 onwards.
